Novelty in 2024 – European Staunton Wooden Chess Pieces.
After the considerable price increases for wooden chess pieces in recent months, we are pleased to be able to offer you a NEW, attractively priced and beautiful wooden chess piece in addition to our “German Staunton”, which has been manufactured in the Erzgebirge for over 100 years.
Our “European Staunton” shape has a king height of 95mm and is weighted.
The pieces are made of Schima superba (similar to beech) and Chinese cherry.
There are 2 queens per color for a total of 34 figures.
You are welcome to choose whether the figures should be delivered in a polybag or, for a small surcharge, in a cotton bag or wooden sliding box.
